I will make sure that buyers agents are respectful of your time, when arranging showings. On certain unique listings, I will make every attempt to show the property myself, because no one will know the property better than I will. When a buyer comes forward, I will assertively negotiate contracts on your behalf. I will assist in coming up with creative solutions to sticking points so deals can be made. I will keep you aware of each step in the process as we head to closing. I will be proactive in making sure the deal stays together. Bottom line, I will work hard to sell your property.

If you're not familiar with the various areas around Pittsburgh, I will put you in touch with wonderful resources so that you are able to determine what area fits you best. If it's an area I do not service, I will work to find you an excellent agent for you in that area. I will provide you with the market data you need to learn about property values in the area you choose. I will arrange showings on days and times that work best with our schedule. When you find something you love, I will negotiate assertively on your behalf and propose creative solutions to help make it happen.
